About.

I am a Brisbane based accredited practicing dietitian and nutritionist and fitness trainer. I specialise in life proofing the nutrition of busy professionals. I enjoy removing the stress and uncertainty around eating and seeing clients’ confidence and enjoyment return for food.

My goal is to help time poor individuals navigate their busy work, family, exercise and social schedule so that they can get in the best shape of their life and improve their confidence whilst enjoying the things they love. 

These positive health changes don’t have to be made through eliminating food groups, drinking endless kale smoothies or smashing out burpees (unless that’s your thing). Instead, we work together to formulate a nutrition and/or training plan tailored to you and your goals.

When I’m not working I like to run down the Glasshouse Mountains, play Mario Kart, eat pizza, tell bad jokes and spend time with my family.
