I enjoy working with clients’ to improve their wellbeing and quality of life by prescribing seemingly small yet powerful recommendations that take into account their busy lifestyles.

My goal is to provide you with the support and tools to autonomously eat the foods you enjoy in the right amount for you. 

Working together will give you the information and support to confidently and consistently use nutrition to improve your health, performance and lifestyle without forgoing your indulgences. 

Should you see a dietitian?

Sourcing, preparing and consuming food takes up a huge portion of your day/week/year/life. Imagine if every time you had to tackle these tasks the uncertainty was removed and you knew that the food you were consuming was amplifying your wellbeing.

Several symptoms that are commonly overlooked but can significantly improve with a nutrition strategy developed in consultation with a dietitian include:

  • Lack of energy - fading, feeling tired or headaches for' ‘no reason’ during the day?

How we work together?

The initial step in working together is a one-hour consultation, where I'll ask detailed questions to gain a thorough understanding of your goals, lifestyle, and daily routines, including work schedule, training regimen, and eating habits. Based on this information, we'll develop practical nutrition strategies tailored to meet your specific needs and help you achieve your goals.

Following the consultation you will be provided with:

  • A tailored nutrition plan detailing portion sizes for a diverse range of foods from each food group, designed to help you create balanced meals and snacks.

  • Your calculated nutritional requirements.

  • A comprehensive outline of nutrition strategies designed to help you achieve your goals.

From there, we continue with fortnightly nutrition coaching and accountability sessions. These 15 minutes sessions are designed to help you consistently adhere to your personalised meal plan, track your body's response, manage expectations amid a busy lifestyle, and provide the encouragement and accountability necessary to keep you on track.

This service does not have a specific timeframe that you are locked into. Typically clients spend 3 -6 months developing their knowledge and understanding of nutrition so that they can autonomously manage their nutritional intake into the future.
